Indecent Exposure
South Texas Attorney Defending Those Charged With Indecent Exposure
While public nudity may seem "funny" or thought of as a practical joke by many college students, it is very serious under Texas law. Indecent exposure ranges from a Class B misdemeanor (up to 6 months in jail and a $2,000 fine) to a felony with up to 10 years in prison and, with consequences such as being on the sex offender registry. If you have been charged with indecent exposure, you need the help of an attorney with not just the credentials but the many years of experience to protect you from these harsh penalties. A rash joke of "flashing" can turn into being labeled a "sex offender" for life.
